Performance Management

Performance management is vital to the success of a business.  In short, it is a way of maximising performance of an individual, team or organisation. A good performance management system is based on the development of a clear business strategy which is communicated to all staff throughout the organisation and is linked to transparent objectives and/or a balanced scorecard.
